Why Verge?

In order to be the best solution for your computer needs, we offer many things the others do not:

If you have questions about your computer or anything we do… ask us with no obligation. We will be glad to answer.
We do not charge extra to drive to your home if you live within 10 miles of I-270—most charge for anything outside of Franklin County.
If you are busy during the day, we don’t charge to make calls after hours [up until 9:30 pm]
If an after hours time won't work for you, we can pick up your computer, work on it at our facility and drop it back off once work is complete.
Finally, we don't charge by the hour. We charge a flat rate for each task that is completed. By charging set fees, Verge guarantees that you only pay for the services that are completed.

Verge Network's Commitment

Verge Networks began from a several year old hobby of helping friends and family with their computer problems. From those experiences, it became evident that the existing computer support options are limited, inconvenient, often expensive and do not provide the services that you or your small business really need. Further, electronic stores have begun to offer support and installation services, which is counter-intuitive. For example, if you do not know how to install the product, you likely don’t know which products are right for you. Verge Networks is committed to be the first company to provide a ‘one-stop’ solution for all of your computer needs—one that listens to you, then builds and supports your systems from there.

I created Verge Networks to give our customers the best computer support, as well as comprehensive and innovative consultation. Verge Networks is committed to you and your satisfaction. We only believe in a satisfied customer. If, at the jobs completion, you aren’t satisfied, we will make it right. Whether that requires us to send another more qualified consultant, or take the computer with us for further diagnostics; we will do what it takes at no additional charge to you.
